"Very bad musty smell in the room"

"Everyone at the front desk that was there for our five day. Stay was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way for us. Included breakfast in the morning. We’re very well stocked and the food was high-quality. Would certainly stay here again!"

"Currently under renovation, so the new rooms look good but the older rooms seem to lack quite a bit. My room had stains in the carpet and a persistent odor. The air conditioning did not appear to work as expected (granted, it was among the hottest days of the year). There was police presence when we checked in. Not sure if this is representative of the area or just bad timing. The officer was speaking to a guest. Cleanliness: the property itself is very clean. The room seemed "good enough"...

"Came in floor in room sticky, bathtub had a big crack and the maids did not clean the bathtub at all. Pool did not seem to be used much and it was ok clean level. Place was great outside of cleanliness. The front staff super friendly and the lady in charge of the breakfast, a total doll, and super helpful (honestly can’t believe she ran whole breakfast by herself that was amazing)"

"We urgently needed a place to stay due to power failure in our area. With 2 dogs, this hotel located around the corner from our employer was a blessing. My only complaint is with the person who designed the shower stalls - you have to walk in to turn on the fawcet and experience cold water before it gets warm :( Otherwise, a great stay with this hotel."

"Hotels was the best I've stayed in lately. Very clean, very spacious room. Great all around!"

"The bathroom was dark and dirty. The sliding glass shower door tracks had mold and soap scum. There was one light in the bathroom and we could see where others were taken out. The toilet paper rod was missing, and the sink was clogged. There was still carpet in the room and it had big stains on it. Difficult to understand the front desk people. Breakfast was OK. This was not consistent with other BW's that I've stayed in."

"The property was very well kept. All our needs were met with our booking. The breakfast service was just what we needed and Tina, the breakfast buffet host was exceptionally Awesome!"

"The rooms are in need of some serious maintenance. The ac, ceiling fan, and refer were extremely noisy. The couple we were with, had similar issues, with their room. Other than that, quite satisfactory."
