"What a breath of fresh air!!! After a terrible hotel experience at another chain, we were feeling like ending our vacation. But the moment we walked into this hotel, it was like all our troubles melted away. A lovely lobby with fun and comfy seating, fantastic staff, a little convenience store, 24/7 coffee, a salt water pool, and LAUNDRY facilities!! The room itself was so nice and clean and fit our kids so well. Delicious breakfast, water refill station…. Seriously, everything you need. LOVE."

"I found nothing “unique “ about the property. I did find a well maintained facility in a convenient location and friendly competent staff."

"Staff and room were fine. Breakfast was horrible, hot food was ice cold, oatmeal was like soup.."

"Clean room, spacious. Staff friendly. Great location and parking was easy. Would stay again!"

"Very nice and newly renovated hotel. Great location for all things Hershey with easy in/out and free parking. They offer fresh baked cookies and coffee in the lobby and the variety of breakfast items is perfect!"

"The only drawback was that the curtains do not close and the blinds did not block the outside light. Car headlights would shine in and the constant street lights were annoying. Did not sleep well because of this."

"The room was clean but it had a strange smell like a wet dirty mop. Other than that it was good."

"All good"

"All brand new remodeling. pool closed. Tucked away from traffic. Great breakfast."

"The room was in very poor condition with wet and damaged drywall in the bathroom. Holes in the carpeting. A cabinet for the refrigerator that was broken and crumbling. A room phone that didn't work. And constant low supplies in the room. No tissues and only 1.5 toilet papers. We also had to constantly had to ask for towels eve ln though the reservation was for 5 people we never had enough towels in the room. The morning breakfast was decent but the tables were never cleaned between guests but...

"The bathroom didn’t lock, the ice machine"

"Everything"

"The White Rose Motel is an old fashioned motel. Quaint and old school on the outside with updated rooms. No frills, but very clean, nice mattress, microwave and mini fridge. My only complaint: I was awakened around 8am by either the people next door or someone cleaning next door. I could here the toilet lid drop with a loud bang and moving around. There is no carpet so the sounds travel."

"CHECKOUT DATE WAS WRONG, WHEN WE DIDN'T CHECOUT NEITHER EXPEDIA OR THE HOTEL CALLED US TO SEE WHY WE DIDNT CHECK OUT. THEY TOOK MOST OF OUR POSSESIONS AND PUT THEM IN THE LOBBY, THREW OUT THE REST. HOTEL SAID EXPEDIA FAULT, EXPEDIA SAID HOTELS FAULT. HOTEL CHARGED DOUBLE PRICE SO WE COULD HAVE THE ROOM BACK AND FINISH OUR BUSINESS THE NEXT DAY. NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN."
