"Great place to stay in Central London - spacious and light, comfortable beds and easy to access. Our only issue was that we were there in the May 2026 ‘heatwave’ and it really was hot. A couple of pedestal fans would go a long way to helping with this at night. Luckily we were able to open all the windows and let some cooler air in eventually. Quite a noisy spot with all the 5am rubbish collections but earplugs were provided and we quite enjoyed hearing the city wake up around us."

"The main door into the apartments was broken, so it couldn’t be locked. This meant that anyone could come into the foyer and stairwell from off the street. This made us feel uncomfortable! The carpet in the foyer and stairwells was filthy, stained and in one part like a dog had scratched to threadbare. The internal walls were not sound proof so you could hear conversations along with other activities from the room next door. One of our party of 5 had a room that was musty from a rock wall...

"Unfortunately i can't give a n honest opinion of the Hampton Suites, as there was a problem with my booking. I'm not sure if it was Expedia's fault, or that of the property's, but when i arrived to collect the keys from the nearby Crowne Plaza as instructed, i was told that the property was undergoing maintenance and i should not have been allowed to book it in the first place(i had booked it two months prior). "Check in process was very easy! Unit was clean. Location was okay. Unfortunately, my unit was right next to the street and the construction crew started at 7am each morning. You can hear the train as well. "

Cuando te envían el código para accesar al departamento solo hasta ese momento menciona que no hay elevador. "Stayed here before and liked it, so easy choice to book again. Good price, nice comfortable room, brilliant location . A couple of issues this time. There is no air conditioning in the room. We’re in the middle of a heatwave!!! Was really tough going!! The area around the skylight has some water damage and could do with a lick of paint"
