"Great location, easy free parking, they had provided items that were not always available in much more expensive rooms. We will stay again if we are in the area."

"Room was inexplicably hot, with no fans or AC etc - I had to keep window and door open all night adding to background noise from busy road.
Pillows also very thin.
Communications before we’re very frustrating- with multiple emails stating I couldn’t stay if I wasn’t a student. This included one (automated) after I’d had to email to confirm I could.
