"The best experience of our trip to Louisiana. The staff is very friendly, the property was beautiful and the breakfast was the best meal we had on our week long trip. Natalie was the best host and cook; Would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was good. Breakfast was pretty good. Construction going on in the room above ours and it was alot of hammering and banging going on. The last thing you want after being out in the heat all day and wanting a quiet rest. Also I had to go buy a few towels so we can bathe because the hotel was completely out of towels and none to wash according to the staff. Other than that it was a decent stay."

"The elevator was being worked on while we were there, maid service was every other week. I had called ahead to ask for hypoallergenic bedding and it was not taken care. Had to have hotel staff bring up new pillows might of check in. Breakfast was a buffet and it cost $15 per person. Would have preferred breakfast included."

"Homewood Suites in Lafayette with absolutely wonderful for my four night stay mainly I would like to recognize a young lady that was so very helpful to me she is awesome MAXCINE! Thank you for the wonderful accommodations"

"Someone hit my car in the parking lot, but I didn't notice the damage until I got home. No pool. Would be nice if they allowed access to pools on sister properties would be a plus."

"Unique spot next to a wonderful venue with Zydeco music. Music carried through the room but somehow that's just fine."

"The room is clean and comfortable. It is also very quiet. It is a short drive to find some place to eat or go to the mall. Really loved the heated swimming pool and hot tub next to it. However, it seems that a group of people rented some rooms for the weekend so they could use the pool for a pool party. The pool was overcrowded and we could not use it Saturday. It's also had more noise that Friday night."

"Staff upon arrival was not the friendliest, was more worried about being on her cell phone rather than helping guests. Hot tub was not "hot". Overall we love the hotel, not our first visit & not our last."

"Hotel and staff were adequate for the reasons we were staying. The property is a bit outdated. The milk at breakfast was sour and undrinkable with the staff corrected the issue immediately. Overall, it was a very good hotel for the price and value."

"The rooms were kind of small and the breakfast sucked. They offered so called hot breakfast and it wasn’t much of anything, we had to find a Waffle House to eat at instead."

"The room was Very Nice!! And such a nice size! And the fact that I was able to bring my Guinea Pig in her little cage was AMAZING!! Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to enjoy the free breakfast, but next time for sure. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be back again."
