"My stay was great. My room was very clean and beautifully decorated. I had a renovated room according to the hotel staff. The staff at the Poets restaurant on the first floor were excellent - friendly, attentive, and the food was delicious. The parking garage across the street was very convenient."

"The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming. "Put in a nonsmoking room that was covered in smoke and was dirty. Bugs were crawling around and just was not clean"

"The room was clean, and the property was undergoing renovations. We arrived four hours before check-in. I asked the desk clerk if it would be possible to check in early. To my surprise, he asked to see my ID, checked me in, handed me the room key, and told me to come back if I needed anything else. In all my travels, that was a first.
