"Fab location, easy access by bus to Brighton centre. Lots of restaurants around on the Boardwalk plus restaurant and bar inside the hotel, so everything is there plus an Asda opposite the marina. Love the deco inside the hotel and lovely rooms!! I would book again! Free parking in the multistorey car park outside the hotel on level 6 so that is a bonus! The view in the breakfast room is amazing especially on a sunny day!!"

You have your own little kitchen, the staff are always super friendly, breakfast is included (lots of choice at breakfast as well) and there breakfast area is available for you to work at with tea/coffee throughout the day. It's close to the station and to town. Our go to!"

The guest house is a short distance from the seafront and is a good location to walk into the centre of Brighton. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!"
