"Staff was friendly. Building felt a bit old and run down but over all was clean. My room was a bit humid since temps were almost mid 90s, so understandable. AC unit quickly helped reduce the mugginess. Upon first observation of our room, everything was clean and orderly. I was using the bathroom until I saw a small German cockroach in the bathtub. It wasn't that active, this was late afternoon. I didn't get a video but we killed it and flushed it down the drain. I became riddled with anxiety!...

"Quick overnight stay but a pleasant one! The room was clean and quiet. It was great location to the airport for an early morning flight. Lobby area was nice and so was the staff we encountered. We would definitely stay here again in the future should we need lodging before hitting the airport!"

"My mother and I had a great time in Neenah and this hotel was part of the reason. The King suites with the jetted tub were huge and cozy and clean. My mom and I each had our own and we both agreed we were able to relax in this “home away from home” because we weren’t afraid to get comfortable. "We liked the spacious rooms and the elegant decor! When paying to stay in a hotel, you would hope that it would feel special and fun to be there. This hotel gave us a good price, a beautiful room, and a spacious room! There is no bath which I would have liked but they have a very large walk in shower that is newly remodeled! "It's an old property and furniture in the room as well as hallway was not very well maintained. But staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but bathtub and shelves near wash basin were not well cleaned."

The bus and a trailer and be ended up only finding a spot in the handicap parking and there was an outlet there so we plugged in our rig.
