"I absolutely loved staying here and so did my children. It was a quiet town very friendly people. The staff was amazing. We met three different staff members one on arrival one during the stay and one on departure and they each treated us amazing. We also got early check-in and we got an extended checkout the restaurant Felix a part of the hotel was also amazing. The rooms were clean. The water was hot and nice. The environment was safe and it was commute friendly as well we definitely look forward to staying there again on another trip back to rust Germany and it is centrally located to get to the Rulantica park and the Europa Park. Great restaurants in the area. There are a lot of supermarkets and majority of the places are walking distance."

"Sun Parc is an okay hotel mainly due to its excellent location if your aim is visiting Europa-Park and Rulantica. It is about 5 minutes from Rulantica and 10 minutes from Europa-Park, making it a convenient and more affordable option for families. The family room size is good, with a double bed and a bunk bed, which worked well for us with children. However, cleanliness needs significant improvement. The bed presentation was poor, with torn bed linen and a large amount of hair on the beds. When lifting the mattress, the area under the bed was extremely dirty, showing a lack of proper cleaning. As there is no carpet, regular cleaning under the beds should be expected. The shower has excellent water pressure, but the space is small, especially for taller guests, and the curtain sticks to the body. The bathroom also had an unpleasant sewage-like smell. The hotel is quiet, reception is not 24 hours, and we did not see much staff during our stay. Complimentary water was available at reception, but it would be more convenient if it was placed in the room on arrival. The tourist tax payment - in cash - was not clearly communicated in advance. Nearby restaurants shown as “open” on Google were mostly closed at lunchtime. A nearby kebab house was very good, and The Italian is highly recommended. Unfortunately, no breakfast was available at the hotel during our stay. Overall, suitable for location and budget, but cleanliness and communication need improvement. "
