"A lovely, quiet place and a great spot to relax. The hotel room and bathroom were clean, and the spa facilities were excellent. A big shout-out to Sam, who did my treatment—she was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was that the walls were not very soundproof, so I could hear people walking around at night. Other than that, I had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it."

"So with all the good that we enjoyed there are a few suggestions. We were 3 people staying 3 nights. RESTAURANT 12,5 % service charge AUTOMATICALLY added to your Restaurant bill, which was not advertised. Extra cheese on a burger means half cheese .... apparently that's how it comes. The air-conditioning in the restaurant is too cold morning and night - cools your food in minutes, take a jacket. There was a heat wave, but 17C outside at 830am does not need cold room temperatures. Ask staff...
