"The hotel accommodations are fine, however they need to communicate better with their customers. I did not have phone service to call the hotel shuttle for a pickup from the airport. I was given the hotel’s email address to request shuttle service. They never replied to my email. We ended up taking a taxi to the hotel for 50 euro. When we checked in, we were not told that we needed a reservation to have the breakfast buffet the next morning. The manager was kind enough to serve us a coffee...

"The mini bus arrangement is absolutely a mess. We booked the shuttle bus and as a result of having no seats. I have to pay extra money to go to the hotel at the end. I complained and the receptionist gave me an email to report this issue and no reply from the hotel yet. The facility in the room is always having problems. We had booked for 4 rooms, one room with broken hair dryer and one room with noise in the bathroom (no idea where the noise coming from) and half broke sink the water goes down...

"I booked this hotel thinking it would be close to the terminal, within walking distance, but that wasn't the case at all; you needed to book the airport shuttle bus in advance. 5 Euros for each person) This is completely different from the hotel shuttle buses at most US airports. Moreover, the hotel is located in an industrial area, impossible to walk from. In the end, we had to take a taxi, which cost 25 euros. "This place is outstanding! Very nice staff. Very nice property great parking with available charging stations. The breakfast was great and it's actually included. Great coffee. Nice outdoor areas if you want to kick back and relax or have a smoke. I only had one night here, but I would have loved ro stay longer. The wifi worked well, also had YouTube on the tv."
