"Stayed in the suite loved the heart shaped tub and the bed was comfy all in all for a hotel in the Bronx really clean and provides lots of room amenities. Never left my room so I don't know about downstairs but I saw a mart. The manager on site Raj was nice on checking in and clearing up my questions and the payment process."

The hot water unexpectedly went out so we checked in and he was up front about it and kept communication open throughout the evening.
