"Only the service elevator was working so no means to get up to third floor rooms without a staff member engaging the service elevator. Very odd set up that we could walk up to second floor but not to the third floor."

The room was fairly clean and simple. It was just what we needed for our 1 night stay though! The lobby is lovely. So much history. Definitely would return"
