"The carpet was stained and looked like it had not been vacuumed. The cable TV was not working. I asked at the front desk, and when I mentioned the dirty carpet, both receptionists just looked at each other laughed and said they would take care of the issue, but they never did. Called the front desk about room service they said it's only done after a three- day stay. Very unsatisfied with this Casino Hotel. They won't get my service ever again."
