"Excellent staff who arranged early checkin both days on my stay as I arrived early the first day and needed to change another type of room on next day. Seamless move! Very happy for their absolutely tasty dinner and breakfast provided! Unforgettable experience !"

"Mostly stunning. However, it's worth noting that this hotel is all about the glorious communal areas. The room (we went for one with a private sauna) was small, and pretty basic - with not even a bedside table on one side of the bed. No tissues in the room, and only a combined shower get/shampoo in the bathroom, if that sort of thing bothers you. "We did not use the ski slopes or their spa services since our flight came in at 6pm. We were able to check in about 30 minutes before 9pm so we were able to just go straight into our lodging and start relaxing and enjoying the views. In the morning, we were able to see that there was an reindeer farm next to us and were able to take photos of them. Their buffet breakfast was delicious. Although they did not have an overwhelming selection, but what they put out was absolutely divine and...
