"Front desk lady was very friendly not sure if she was owner but she was there late and there at 5am either way excellent friendly service rooms were clean and smoke free"

"Staff was very helpful. Room very clean and comfortable with lots of comfy pillows. Free parking on site and free breakfast. I only had coffee but the breakfast offerings were many and looked fresh and delicious. The only negative was there was a large group of guests near me that were partying and loud u til 11:30 pm Friday and Saturday until 10-ish. The noise stopped just as I was about to call the front desk Friday so maybe someone else Called. Anyway, this is certainly not the fault of the...

"The exterior of the hotel looks worn out but is very clean, and the room was amazing, brand new furniture and crisp white linens, fresh clean smell and beautiful, we were pleasantly surprised and we did choose this hotel because of the excellent rating and low price. We will surely come back on our next road trip from Canada on I-75S!"

"This was one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at, and this is in comparison to the Aria in Las Vegas. The lobby was gorgeous, the rooms were clean with well thought out amenities and a spacious bathroom. Every detail was taken into account in the design of this hotel."

"The staff was friendly. The breakfast was decent. The parking was horrible because all the doors were broken besides the front lobby door. It was very annoying carrying bags from the opposite end of the hotel to go through the single door when exterior doors were right next to our room. There was good shower pressure, but the water never got warm. It was a cold shower for sure."

"I didn’t care for the breakfast it was sausage links and eggs were overcooked. The hotel itself the room was clean and the bed was comfortable the 2 front desk people during check out and check in were super nice. Overall clean place and I would definitely stay there again."

"Tub filled up with water when showering. Was not the cleanest. Tried charging me a $50 deposit for any damages that would happen in our stay. Never heard of that."

"I wish I could rave about the pool but it was down for maintenance during a stay. So I requested a refund to stay somewhere else and all the responded with was yea, it isn't working!! They didn't respond to Expedia either! Don't stay here! Friends had Taco Bell wrappers and coke cans in their "clean" room when they checked in!"

"No AC in the fitness center. Was charged unexpected money for taxes and cleaning fees. Check-in staff made me feel unwelcomed; and that I was more of a hinderance than a welcomed guest. Staff smoked outside in front of the entranceway. Neither water nor coffee was provided in the morning. Room was extremely clean, and it felt safe, on a positive side."

"Our stay was amazing, one of the Betsy was extremely helpful and so sweet! We had an issue with our door it was some kind of machinal malfunction and she was extremely understanding and quick in helping us figure it out, the room was clean and well maintained, the breakfast tasted amazing and the hot tub was so relaxing! I'll definitely be booking again for my husband and I!"

"We stayed and there are BUGS IN THE BEDS AND BATHROOM SINKS. When notified of the bugs they did not issue any sort of rectification other than a "sorry, we will notify our staff" unfortunately this was our first stay at a Sonesta and we will not return for future stays."
