"The Best Western Plus has become my goto place to stay when I come to Brussels. It is in an old building with original features, the location is convenient close to restaurants, shopping and transportation although a (paid) parking space was made available for me. It has a good buffet breakfast and the staff are very friendly, it is clean and hospitable. I would recommend staying here!"

"The hotel has no lift, and to go up the room there is a narrow staircase which would be difficult to navigate if one has anything else than hand luggage. When I was there the hotel was being renovated (something which was not mentioned) and the common areas were very dirty and dusty. Also, the workers started at 0730; hardly the opportunity to sleep-in. However the person attending the front-desk was extremely helpful."
