"The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. The only problem with it is the number of stairs that you have to be used to get anywhere in the hotel. The hotel does not have an elevator. We were on the fifth floor and although we are in good shape for our age, it was quite a workout going up the stairs to our room. Our room was adequate for our needs, but it is tight. We had a queen sized bed but since we are both on the smaller size, it wasn't really a problem for us. The bathroom was tiny without a lot of extra space, and the sink was rather small. Breakfast was in a room on the first floor, but you had to go down a winding staircase to get there. Tricky for anyone with mobility issues. As for the breakfast itself, it was wonderful, with a wide variety of offerings including fruit, cereals, and hot items. The front desk people were helpful and very friendly and accommodating."

"We were not aware of the many stairs, it did not have a note that it is not suitable for seniors or people with disabilities prior to booking. It was not a great experience climbing the narrow winding stairs with suitcases. There could have been water left in the fridge for guests as well. We were not aware that we could only access the tv with our personal access codes. We were thankful for the coffee and machine and a kettle in the room. The towels were clean. On a more positive note, the location is fabulous as we were able to walk everywhere."

"The place was fab in a perfect location with stunning views! I highly recommend the hotel. Here are a few pointers. *Bring suitable footwear for the hills of Quebec City. *There are no elevators, and some guest rooms are on the fifth floor. (I would suggest contacting the hotel to request a low floor, if needed.) * Parking spots are limited, so request one early on. * The microwave and fridge are helpful to handle breakfast, though restaurants galore are steps away. Great place! We would LOVE to visit again."
