Upon our arrival day one front desk girl on her personal phone. Hot water for shower was not there barely warm. This was at around 11:00 am the next day after check in. The staff were very nice and they were also very helpful with recommendations for restaurants. Hotel location is good, parking feels safe. Breakfast was well stocked. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
