"Everything was well organized. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed—it was supposed to be a queen, but it felt more like a twin because it was so small. I also can’t recommend their valet parking. I was very disappointed because we still had to walk to the parking garage instead of the valet bringing the car to us."

"The parking and room access was good. The room was dirty with ripped sheets and random hair everywhere. The fridge had a pool of water in front of it when we got there. I called the front desk, they said to put a towel down and they would send someone and they never did. The air had one temperature, on full blast or off. So you were either freezing or hot. The middle area is nice and well kept but nothing was on which was unfortunate. Overpriced"

"The place itself is amazing. A little pricey for what it is, but it’s nice. I guess my only complaint was the bed/mattress, it trapped a lot of heat. But that’s just a personal thing. The paid parking lot was terrible too though. That’s the main reason I probably won’t stay at this hotel again, but everything else was pretty fantastic."

"Nice location that is super close to ALB. The free shuttle was so easy to use. We dropped off our rental car, called the hotel, and they sent up the van within 10 minutes. Then, early the next morning, we came downstairs, let the front desk know we needed transport, and within 5 minutes we were on our way! Convenient location to restaurants. We did not get a chance to enjoy the breakfast, pool, or other amenities because of our travel itinerary, but I would stay there again!"
