"I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room."

"Great hotel when in Baltimore for an Orioles game. Located across the street from Camden Yard plus the valet parking makes for an excellent experience. The breakfast was tasty. The noon check out time allowed plenty of time to visit the Babe Ruth Birthplace Museum just 1 block over. We will definitely be back."

"Had two rooms and the beds in 405 the bedding had never been changed. I took photos went to desk clerk first night,went to desk-clerk yesterday went to the desk today. They said they would have a manager contact me. I have yet to hear from the manager.!!! very disappointed because I’ve stayed at this hotel once before."

"My room smelled like pee as soon as we got in and we examined the room shortly after and realized the surfaces were not clean either. Guest services said someone would be up to clean and never did. I was there for an event so I ended up just trying to figure about it. Then next morning was check out"
