"My stay here was great until they tried to charge me $121 for a cleaning fee for dirty towels and bedding. They had said they were beyond able to clean and would have to replace all of it. The cleaning crew didn’t even wash or try to clean anything and charged me. I pushed back and after them washing everything, it all came out clean. I was refunded in the end but only because I called them out for it"

"I truly enjoyed my stay at the Cambria Hotel. The room was as pictured. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and linens were clean. The hotel was quiet: no children running the hallways, no voices or loud conversations heard through the walls, no dogs barking and no traffic noise.
While the hallway was a little dark, it provided a moodiness to the feel of the hotel that captured the essence of New Orleans.
