"Parking was excellent. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious. The staff were all courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the first thing I saw when I came into the room was a Gatorade bottle behind the chair that had been overlooked by the cleaning staff. : ( I would still use Best Western again."

"For a Marriott property, this property was not a very good representation. Although the room was clean, the lobby and the hallways especially the carpets were very filthy. In addition, the place smelled like disinfectant combined with musty odor that reminded me of an old, neglected homecare facility!
The breakfast offerings g was very scant so we skipped it everyday😕"

"It’s located in the middle of nowhere next to a bunch of hospitals. If you book through a 3rd party, the hotel charges you $10 a day for parking. It was 90 degrees outside and felt like 75 degrees in the hotel, and 80 with humidity in the hallway. Refrigerator didn’t work, all our food spoiled, the charging station near the bed didn’t fully function, can’t stream on TV without fire stick, did not use the pool or the fitness center so can’t comment on that.
