"Much needed TLC. We've stayed at some amazing hotels including Hilton properties in the US and abroad. I admit I can be a Hotel Snob after traveling several times throughout the year. But my husband is not and he was disappointed and asked that we not return. We had a King Corner Suite. The rooms need DEEP Cleaning. The floors, walls, showers, baseboards drawers and furniture were dirty or really worn out. The wall paper is loosened. There was rust at the door jam of the bathroom. There was hair in the shower. The paint in the common areas was worn out. The exit door near our room has a broken door hinge to auto close the door. Don't dare walk on your room floor barefoot. I got bit a couple times while sleeping. I'm praying it was a mosquito...... I believe the property must have looked good years ago from the photos. But the reality is not updated. It deserves no more than a 3 star because the Staff was super nice and the Happy Hour was a nice touch."

"Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was kind and professional. The breakfast was a huge bonus hot, fresh, and with plenty of options for both adults and kids. It made our mornings so much easier before heading out for the day. Highly recommend!"
