Hotel was good, room was unique and its in a good location close to the city. Breakfast was excellent but the real reason it gets 5 stars is Ruhan. Not sure if he is the owner or manager but he was there every day, no matter what time of day it was. He helped us with everything and treated us like royalty. He is a true gem of hospitality.

Ayazma a Gem

This was one of the best experiences of our trip a cherry on top! Our hotel was such a hidden gem! All the staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was fabulous. I would like to give a big shout out to my fav Ruhan! He was very hospitable and warm. If we ever make our way back to capadocchia we will def stay here again.

I was so apprehensive about cave hotels—that they were dank, claustrophobic, dark. However, after a short flight flanked by two very long drives to and from airports on a cold night, the HEATED floors, high ceilings, turned down beds, and smiling welcome of Ruhaan dispelled all of those fears. He wanted us to share coffee and fruit with him right then, but we were tired and slept like logs. Then to learn that the Turkish breakfast included in our stay meant eggs made to order every morning with the coolest candied figs at breakfast that Ho do well with any of the fresh cheeses and bread. I’m so glad they had room for us, and we’re very responsive when I contacted them on WhatsApp to ask how to book when I had trouble (it’s SO HARD to book hotels in Turkey for a family of 6!), and to arrange a hotel shuttle for us coming in. Ruhaan knows the best places to eat and see, just a ten to fifteen minute walk to the town center, and all he wants to know is, “Are you happy?” And yes, SO HAPPY.

We had a lovely time at the Ayazma Cave Hotel. Our rooms were very nice and spacious. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to provide personal attention to our family. A big breakfast was served each morning on a lovely patio. The staff kindly arranged excursions for us, helped us with dinner reservations and transportation. The property is walking distance to the town of Ürgüp.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The uniqueness of the property truly sets it apart and adds to its charm. However, I did notice two areas for improvement: the absence of air conditioning and the firmness of the bed, which was a bit too much for my preference. That being said, I am looking forward to returning once they have air conditioning installed, and I hope they consider adding mattress toppers for enhanced comfort. Overall, a delightful experience!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Ayazma Cave Hotel. Le personnel parle anglais et a été très serviable. Le petit déjeuner est bon et varié : fruits, fromage, oeufs… L’hôtel se situe à environ 15mn à pied du centre-ville, ce qui est très pratique pour sortir le soir. Le seul bémol a été le bruit : les chambres sont assez mal isolées, nous avons été réveillés tôt le matin.
