"We loved our stay, but the beds were not so comfortable, quite hard, I had to exchange my pillow too as on first night couldn’t sleep on it, but it was not a problem for the staff and got one straight away. We didn’t have a kettle in our room, but when asked for one, it was delivered. Rooms have no fridge. "The hotel was great, but it is NOWHERE NEAR the City it was listed under when I entered it into Expedia. It cost me a LOT of needless money to get there by Bolt and it was a MASSIVE hassle to get back to the town I was actually looking for lodging for. I want to be clear that the hotel and staff were great, but it is extremely deceptive that it was listed as it was. It cost me a good deal of money that I didn't need to spend. I only stayed there because Expedia's "nonrefundable" clause forced me into a multiple hundred USD error and a mountain of stress I didn't need. The hotel gets full marks for a great location and a great breakfast but be careful before you book. I couldn't even get a Bolt back to the train station and the bus station was very difficult to find, stressful to navigate, and didn't even bring me to the train station- which is where I was told it would take me. I wish I were able to enjoy my stay because it's not the fault of the hotel. This one is on Expedia and I am not happy with them for this deception."
