"Overall, a great place. I rated it 4 stars because we asked for a late checkout, which was granted, but there were several incidents where cleaning staff kept trying to walk in. A few of the holders, like the toilet holder and towel holder, were broken, so the toilet paper would fall off. I was able to figure out the perfect position so it wouldn't fall off, but it was a little annoying. The previous tenants put tape on the wall and ceiling. I was able to easily pull the tape off the wall, but it was on the ceiling too, so, lying down, you saw it. Again, not that big of a deal, but sharing my experience. There was what looked like dried drywall mud splashed on the cabinet. The referigerator/freezer combo, there was water in the refrigerator. The floors were clean, and I felt fine walking barefoot, but overall, it wasn't the nicest Hyatt I've stayed in. Would I stay again? ... maybe to yes
I think there are some people for whom the things I mentioned above would be irritating and demanding different things. I'm a lot less that way. I would stay here over some of the other hotels just because the omelet breakfast is amazing! It was cooked to perfection and the tropical juice ... mmmmm"
