"I took the luggage carrier in my room the night before check out due to recently having neck surgery. At check out the clerk was VERY rude to me. I apologized whole heartly. I did not realize it was the only rack. He was very upset and told me to if I ever come back to NEVER do that again. There is a right way and a wrong way to address an issue. He did not ask me how was my stay or thank for for staying. He was very unprofessional and I left there in tears. I kept apologizing but obvious it was not enough."
