"Kudos to the two staff members who were there (at different times) during our one-night stay. Both were very helpful and friendly. As for the property, it is a rather typical lower end chain hotel, though it has what was needed and is inexpensive. The hotel itself is a bit isolated, but it has a bar and restaurant (which we did not try)."

"Booked a double room with en-suite for me and my husband. We had room 14 and it was quite small and the en-suite was tiny. The room was dirty, carpets and walls had stains on them. There was only 1 cup, 1 towel, 1 glass which is strange when it's for 2 people. The shower didn't have hot water and we was told to use the communal shower on the landing. Best bit of our stay was free car park."

"Loved my stay! Very easy check in on the tablets. Room was cool with the lights. Everything was done on an iPad which was pretty cool. My tv worked but kept glitching so bit annoying.
Bed was comfy. Only thing is the blinds being functioned from the iPad mine kept catching and wouldn’t go down after a certain point. Pretty annoying. I did try myself but didn’t want to break anything. It would catch every single time and go slanted.
Great stay and location. Would def stay again"

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. "We stayed Sunday night. Disappointed the cocktail bar was closed.
Pre paid for breakfast, not shown on hotel computer had to show confirmation.
I didn't like seeing the used bed sheets lying on the floor in the corridor by room 174. The linen carts were full. Full bags and sheets just lying on the floor infront in piles.
Cross infection risk. Airborne dead skin cells!!!!
Not good. I would expect better from a 4* hotel.
At least hid them in a storage area!"
