"The Check-In and Check-Out were smooth and overall the Personal was also very good. The Room service was to be appreciated. The AI-Chatbot on WhatsApp was sometimes harder to deal with. The Room, especially the dishwasher and the toilet, had a bad smell at first. It disappeared after a while but came back 3 or 4 times during my stay. The faucet of the bathtub was broken and spun off. There was no detergent for the dishwasher and there the washing machine. The Wi-Fi didn't have a WiFi password so...

"As a solo female traveller, I had a great stay here. It was basic and clean and safe feeling. There are some pubs and restaurants near the hotel and it was about 15 minutes walk to buses and train. I had a very lovely stay and would recommend and go again!"
