The boat is located in a small campsite with a small bar/restaurant and pool use for free. Friendly and very helpful staff. There is a water park close by and the lovely small town of Sesto Calende with shops, bars and restaurants is only 15-20 minutes walk away. Great short stay with the family"

Very nice, friendly hotel overall in a great location for those arriving by train. It is a 15-20 minute walk to Orta San Giulio but if you are reasonably able bodied it's not really a problem, we went there and back 4 times in two days and were fine! We arrived at 7pm in the evening so as information on the website says there were no staff on duty, but the envelope with our keys to the apartment were on the reception desk waiting for us. Absolutely beautiful newly renovated property! Decor and service were top quality. We had a small issue with our shower and the host sorted it immediately and efficiently. Lovely to be able to visit the wine cellar next door and taste the local produce. Highly recommended. The photos on the listing don’t do it justice at all. Recommend nearby pizza place called Fluke for dinner too. Walking distance to it.
