"A safe and quiet place to stay"

"Think most guests only stay for a couple of nights hence cope. We were there for 10 nights and had issues that had to be resolved after escalating to management. Pool with only 2 sun beds !!! No space to hang wet swim wear !!! Lights in the bathrooms that work on movement, hence turn in bed and they switch on, stand too long in the bath and they switch off. Stewards like Shankar help keep my sanity."

"The back of the property is full of rats. The room itself is VERY tired and needs refurbishing, curtains fall down everytime thier pulled. AC doesn't cool, TV wires and and control box just hanging loose. We asked if we could move room which was agreed, so we moved only to be told the room was now booked. We decided to leave rather than stay in the same room for another night. Plus side there is a pool."

"The villa that we booked and paid for was denied us. There were 2 men sitting cross legged eating their curry on the floor when we arrived and they said they knew nothing of our booking. Just within the check in time the builder/ owner turned up and said the booking was cancelled by the supplier and we would be refunded. He was callous and unapologetic. "My fiancé and I booked a night at The Beach House. It was an amazing stay. Everything is so well looked after and well organised. Clean bathrooms and toilets, comfortable bed (which was much needed)—was a relaxing stay! Everything was taken care of. There was a bit of confusion at the reception with our IDs but that was handled well. We arranged for a couple massage and that was brought right up to us. We really appreciated the service 10/10.
