Nice staff and management- did not eat evening meal in hotel but a number of great local restaurants a few minutes walk away- a few miles from cavalossim - expect to pay between 400 to 600 which is a little high but due to the taxi monopoly that’s going on at the moment "
"Lovely staff and a nice pool but some communication issues between the morning staff and the cleaning team - had to ask several times for clean towels and bedding as they kept putting the originals back dirty, eventually ended up speaking ti the owner who fixed it promptly. A shame it came to that as otherwise the staff were exceptional, even helping us sort a 6am taxi for our last day at a reasonable price. The Bengali speaking staff were exceptionally helpful. Would love to stay here again. "

"This was our fifth stay here — and we loved every bit of it! Even though the staff has completely changed since our last visit, the warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism remain top-notch.
The rooms are spotless, the housekeeping is excellent, and the buggy service to the beach makes everything effortless. The food is absolutely delicious — they even tailor it to your preferences, which is a lovely touch.
