"Sandy Beach is bright, welcoming, impeccably managed, and exceptionally clean. Its thoughtful design features fresh, open interior and exterior spaces that create a relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The guest rooms are spotless and noticeably larger than those typically found in many European hotels. The pools are pristine and beautifully maintained, and the beachfront is simply irresistible. The complimentary breakfast is truly exceptional, offering three extensive buffet stations. Weekly highlights include complimentary wine tasting, which provides an enjoyable introduction to the remarkable quality and diversity of Cypriot wines and evening entertainment including the lively and colorful Cyprus Night with its energetic traditional folk dancers. Over the years, we have stayed at many of the neighboring hotels. What keeps bringing us back to Sandy Beach Hotel, year after year, is its genuinely warm atmosphere and its remarkable staff. Many of them have been with the hotel for years, and their honesty, kindness, and unwavering dedication make them feel more like family than hotel employees. "Very helpful staff, and a pleasant stay in a great location for those with a rental car and wishing to venture to other parts of the island. A very well facilitated room with loads of storage space, hooks and a fridge and very comfortable beds. Very good shower and bathroom facilities. A very well sized and quiet rooftop pool, which unfortunately closes at 5pm for cleaning. The pool was very clean and peaceful. A basic breakfast which is more than adequate and the service by the staff was swift and very helpful. All the staff were very attentive and helpful with whatever query or request. A hypermarket is situated about 300m from the hotel."

"My first visit to Cyprus and my first stay at the GoldenBay Beach Hotel. As a seasoned traveler I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff if absolutely wonderful. The breakfast buffet was very enjoyable and had a wide variety of items to choose from. The hotel is very clean and we enjoyed our room which had a full beach view. The beach and pool area is very well maintained and beautiful arranged. All around a very nice hotel to stay at and I will certainly be back on my second visit to Cyprus."

"The suites were very spacious and big enough for a family of four. The showers are a little small though. The balcony of the apartment was huge and with a big enough table for 6 or more. The facilities were good. Everything you could want. The whole complex is lovely and the kids loved the pools. It wasn’t full when we were there but think it would feel very busy if it was. The thing that lets it down is the outside area. The exit off the main road is uneven and not even a proper road as the buildings either side are not finished. It’s only about 25 metres but you have to drive slowly. The area of the complex is a little remote as it is on the outskirts of Oroklini. A car is a definite requirement to get around as you can’t really walk to anywhere. On the whole we had a fab time. It suited us as a family of 11 and 3 generations."

"Great hotel for what we require, 5mins from the airport. 2 min walk to the beach! This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. Always extremely well maintained, cleaning and room facilities are excellent. We haven’t eaten yet in the restaurant but the food looks lovely."
