"The condition of the hotel was very poor. They have a ac restaurant that doesn't serve food. The equipments in the hotel room was old and in bad condition."

"Very precious property- badly maintained. Kids play area all broken- Pumpset motor is burnt, AC cooling effecct is very poor, Garden is full of bushes- not watered plants- overgrown bushes. dry leaves all around. The staff- Sundareswaran and Sounder are good- polite- humble. They tried to accomadate all our grievances- tried to solve the motor issue & AC cooling. But it is beyond their capacity."

"It was a terrible experience. We arrived at the hotel at 8:30 AM on 10th April for check-in. The receptionist was extremely rude from the beginning. The first question he asked was whether it was an online booking. When I said yes, he asked us to wait without any explanation. He then asked how much we had paid, even though all the details were already available in the booking confirmation. We were left standing for more than 5 minutes, and he didn’t even have the courtesy to offer us a seat....

"Appalled by what I saw, mold on the walls, dilapidated rooms with absolutely no amenities. Checked out within an hour, didn’t get any refunds and to boot took Expedia’s commission as well. We should get back all of the money. Surprised Expedia gave them 3 star rating. If there’s a rating below zero that would be too kind."
