"Climatisation en panne depuis.... C'est au client de s'en plaindre auprès du service client selon les personnes de la réception. Nous avons séjourné 5 nuitées. Le ménage de la chambre n'est pas fait à moins d'insister pour qu'il le soit. Les lits ne sont pas faits, les poubelles non vidées, papier ..."

"Check in was exceptional, really welcoming and helpful. We booked parking and were able to leave the car in the garage below, but just be aware if you have a large car the entrance is quite tight - reception staff guided me in and out and helped bring luggage in. There is public parking outside also. ..."
