What really made the stay stand out, though, was the incredibly kind and attentive manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The convenient airport shuttle service was also a huge plus seamless, reliable, and made the whole experience completely stress-free. "This definitely felt like a place to stay for one night, which is what we did. They were helpful with airport ride very early but there were no washclothes and a couple other standard things were missing "

"Good info about the shuttle, but it is quite a long way from the terminal, so fastest waiting time was 25min. Hotel room was gigantic, but the kettle was burnt, the replacement kettle was broken, and no staff able to find a working kettle. The hotel has signs of aging, low number of staff during the night, but in the end the bed was ok. The bath was ok. Bring your own soap, and tooth brush though..."
