"The parador is in a splendid position overlooking the planes around Jaen. The interior of the parador is fantastic and rooms are superb! We deducted 1 star as we thought the food in the parador is at best ok and expensive for what it is but it’s definitely worth a stay for a night"

"Beautiful place, lovely hosts. Mady and Marc are super friendly and helpful. The place is pure peace and tranquility. The location was ideal for me. Was able to drive to Granada, Córdoba and Seville from there and a few trips to the beaches as well. Spectacular scenery all around. Granada is beautiful."

"I am so glad we stayed three nights at this beautiful property after experiencing the majesty and life of Valencia and Madrid. The Andalusian countryside is beautiful and this property offers rustic luxury and a serene, peaceful space - and stellar dining and fine wine.
