Excellent big room in a countryside for families

We stayed at the hotel for three nights. On same area there are a big camping village with little cottages, swimming pools, food store and lots of activities especially for the kids. A little train takes you to the village and back and is free. Hotel room was very big, clean and modern. We had two separate rooms put togerher and a big balcony. The busline from Peschiera del Garda was supposed to drive straight to the hotel door, but it did not. We had to walk with kids and suitcases app. 1,5 kilonetres along a busy road. So I recommend car rental or taxi (over 20 euros). Most of the guests arrive by own car. Breakfast was very basic (bread, ham, cheese, yogurt, juice, coffee, biscuits, croissant, cereal and fruit). Otherwise ok, but the buffet table was almost empty straight away and as I asked if more bread or yogurt is coming, the answer was no. And that was 40 minutes before breakfast serving was finished. Hotel is in the countryside and you need to have a car or bike to move around. Nice countryside and river next to the hotel and Peschiera Del Garda is worth visiting.

La parte hotel lasciava un pò a desiderare,bagno senza asciugacapelli, serrande vecchie.Pulizia discreta.La colazione lasciava molto a desiderare così come anche il servizio bar gestito a nostro parere in modo poco professionale. Per cenare devi proprio riprendere l'auto ed andare in cerca di una trattoria.Il ceck in è troppo tardi:alle 16...mai visto una cosa del genere,ora che ti sistemi in camera hai perso proprio una giornata,quando invece il ceck out è alle ore 10 max (troppo presto).

Drittes und letztes Mal!!

Hotel alles ok, Frühstücksauswahl allerdings sehr klein (es gibt z.b. nur Toastbrot)! die Preise auf dem „Family“ Campingplatz gehen leider nicht! Wir waren das dritte (und letzte mal dort)! Aperol Spritz im kleinen Plastikbecher 7€, Sprite in der kleinen Flasche 4€, Bier 5,50€ ist uns auf dem Campingplatz zu teuer!

We had some problems of a foul smell in our bedroom but the staff was very attentive and did everything they could to help. When the issue couldn't be resolved, they switched the rooms. Everything we requested was taken care of, we were very pleased with the service.
