Bella struttura, ben arredata, curata e molto pulita. Pulizia quotidiana delle camere. Ottima posizione, comoda al centro e situata in un bel quartiere. Bella terrazza in zona comune, la struttura dispone di stanze di varie dimensioni (anche per famiglie). Colazione abbondante con possibilità di scegliere fra dolce e salato, spremuta d’arancia fatta al momento. Gestore molto disponibile e simpatico. Super consigliato!

Best Hospitality in Spain!

Very well designed space, modern, clean, charming, and comfortable. The patio area was a nice place to eat, and the morning coffee was great. The owner is very very friendly and welcoming. We were slow to check out, but we still happily chatted a bit and invited us to still enjoy some coffee on the patio. The city was unbearably hot, but the room stayed cool. Only problem, the dining area / check in area are very close to the rooms, and the noise travels a bit, so you might be woken up to the sounds of people talking in the common area. But it wasn't such a big deal as it wasn't inappropriately early or anything. Would recommend and would stay again.

The location was excellent and the accommodations were VERY clean. Loved meeting Vicente. The "breakfast" was sad as the fruit was sparse and a little old. Plenty of tea and coffee but 5 pieces of fruit between 12 people is not breakfast. Besides that, I will stay there again and will recommend it to others.

Super contact met de eigenaresse. Prima bedden, fijne douche. En alles lekker schoon. Heerlijk verblijf voor een citytrip. Midden in één van de leukste wijken van de stad en op loopafstand van het oude centrum. Zou deze B&B direct aanbevelen als je Valencia wil bezoeken.

Genial, todo muy nuevo, funcional y limpio

Nuevo, funcional,limpio y bien situado. El dueño muy amable y dispuesto a asesorar en todo momento. Dispone de un comedor y una terraza con mesas y sillas. En dicho comedor hay menaje, infusiones y fruta a disposición del cliente y se puede consumir comida traída de la calle, cosa que resulta muy útil. Sugerencias: un microondas y una nevera en el comedor y un banco para depositar la maleta en la habitación.

Nice hotel. Don't pay by card.

What a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. The host took time to explain the local area and Valencia. The breakfast was about the same in price, quality and ambience to breakfast in nearby cafés. As other reviews have noted, there was a persistent damp smell from the bathroom, even after airing it out for several hours. When we paid by credit card, the owner used a credit card machine that automatically and without warning added around 5% to the cost, so you might prefer to pay in cash. The dozens of local shops and cafés we visited all used card machines that charged the correct cost, so this appears to be a problem specific to this hotel.

Very impressed

I booked for one night and stayed for 4. The place is modern and clean. And nicely done with IKEA style. The bedding clean and fresh. Air con units new looking and perfect for heat and cold. The front rooms are a little noisy from restaurants and people passing by. I have ear plugs so was okay. Otherwise pay extra for rooms at the back. There is free tea and coffee in communal area and nice to have camomile tea before bed. I felt very safe. And staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is nicely done as well at extra cost Simple but just enough. I am very fussy. I would not hesitate to recommend this B&B.

Il personale ti fa sentire come a casa propria,la struttura é nuova e le camere sono accoglienti e ben attrezzate.bagno grande con set cortesia. La posizione é molto comoda,nel centro di Valencia. Heerlijke B&B met veel comfort.

echt een top locatie, alles te voet te bereiken, B&B is heel netjes en schoon, fijne sfeer, heeeerlijk ontbijt! Volop keuze ( hartig/ zoet of een combinatie, zalig op het dakterras ontbijten. Hele behulpzame gastheer ( Vince) want we moesten onze boarding pass printen...het werd geregeld voor ons. Als enige "min"puntje is dat er kamers aan de voorkant van het gebouw liggen en dan heb je in het weekeinde wel wat geluidsoverlast van het gezellige buitenleven op het plein.

Relax in comfort in a pretty city

Friendly and welcoming , helpful never interfering, The City Garden staff are locals. If you ask they will give you all the knowledge you need.from athentic restaurants to tourist advice, they couldn’t be more helpful , We loved the Russefa area with its healthy dose of boho chic. Delicious breakfast including freshly pressed orange juice is served on the garden terrace ! we’re coming back ...

We didn't spend much time in the hotel but it is perfectly located if you are looking to avoid the touristy centre. It wasn't super clear on the site that our room would have a private but separate bathroom but because an ensuite was available Vincent offered to have us use that room. Had that been clear we would have booked accordingly. Simple and clean though recommended for trips with friends over a romantic getaway.
