"Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, allerdings gab es kein Telefon?! Die Sauberkeit ließ zu Wünschen übrig; verständlich, wenn die Zimmer nur alle 4 Tage gereinigt werden. Wir hatten Silberfischchen im Zimmer. Der Duschkopf ließ sich nicht arretieren und am Waschbecken lief bei Nutzung Wasser an der Wand entlang zum Boden, weshalb wir dort ein Handtuch platzieren mussten. "Did not get to use the pool or amenities because we were very jet Lagged from our Dallas flight and only there for 2 nights but loved the hotel, ambience, the room itself was great and clean, well laid out. We got a corner room with breathtaking views of the city and hills in the horizon. Breakfast was exactly what we wanted all the staff were very courteous and helpful would love to stay here again if we come back. The pool looked promising and inviting hopefully next time"

"Stayed at Axel hotel for 3 nights, the location was perfect east walking distantace to central market and the old town. The best thing about it's location is we can go back to the hotel when we feel tired or during siesta. All the staff are courteous and friendly. Special mention to Davide for recommending a great tapas bar and helping us with our transport to airport. "Perfect location, helpful staff, nice hotel with cool decor. Located in the center of beach life! We paid for the delicious morning breakfast which was served in a trendy cafe downstairs with an outdoor view of the beach. Be forewarned that you will hear music throughout the night, as it located down the beach from a local nightclub. My daughter and I are heavy sleepers but we did drift off to the sounds of thumping bass. Anywhere you stay on the beach in Valencia will be within sounds of...
