"Its really nice and romantic. Nice place to unwind after a long touristy day. If you arrive at night it wil be dark and scary. However, in the day, its is quite quaint. Breakfast is wonderful"

"The beach view and location were lovely. Gated parking was really nice. Beach chairs and towels were available from them. The property itself is a bit tired, with pvc piping for sliding door handles and closet bars. The room was cleaned daily."

"I picked the Surfing Turtle based upon positive reviews but I definitely didn’t have a good experience. I guess someone has to draw the short straw. That was me - my room faced the very BUSY and LOUD road that was about 4 feet from the door. The loud music from nearby clubs went on late into the night. "So much to say: first off there was no indication from Expedia that this hotel was located on the 4th floor of a hospital! You have to pay for parking per hour. Our room had only 3 bath towels (we had a family of 5, with room accommodating up to 6 people). "The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. "
