After an hour with "No" towels in our room, I called "Housekeeping, Room Service and the Check in counter to tell them that we had "No" towels in our room. After an additional forty-five minutes with "No" towels in our room, I went to the lobby to talk to the Manger. After fifteen additional minutes later someone brought towels to our room. Ten minutes later someone else brought additional towels to our room. And fifteen minutes someone else brought more towels to our room."

Breakfast was 3,600 peso for two cheaper but still expensive. There not serving steaks and lobster. Food is mostly room temperature unless you’re order an omelet. There is a lot to pick from but be real. You can’t eat 50 different things. It’s could be a little more realistic and half the price then it would be sensible. "
