"We had a three day stay at Lumina Valley View Monteverde in April 2025.
The house is very spacious, modern and comfortable. It has an amazing gourmet kitchen (love the waterfall style granite countertop!) and a great view with a lovely, vibrant orange sunset. Lovely furnishings and decor. Also ample hot water, AC and strong Wifi. Note that this location is a little far out so not walkable to any amenities.
Our host Glenda, who is a native of Monteverde, was amazing. She made our stay...

"Natascha was an excellent hostess and gave us vouchers for breakfast and a trip to Relax Termalitas, which was a fun hot springs park. The cabanas have a good AC which keeps it nice and cool. Natascha was extremely helpful and responsive over WhatsApp. I highly recommend this property. "

"This place was amazing! The rum was clean but average. No air conditioning but with the window open, fan, and dehumidifier it was very tolerable. The amazing part. .the staff and wildlife! Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond to assist. Every morning and afternoon the spider monkeys came by the patio. So many birds and other wildlife to see just walking the grounds. If you love seeing wildlife then this is the place for you! "

"Our stay at this property was even better than I expected! The grounds are magical. Sitting on our private porch looking out at the beautiful view of the volcano is something I will never forget. Every single staff member we encountered was so kind and professional. Breakfast was truly amazing and again a beautiful view. I wish we had stayed longer."

"The staff were amazing. We came in wet from zip lining in the rain. They let us check in early, assisted with dining recommendations, personable, friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again and again and again.
