Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife
The restaurant staff were very good, but the food wasn’t great. The pool lifeguard with the towels was so rude nearly every day. It’s a shame you don’t get basic amenities in the room like water and better bathroom amenities.

Great experience from start to end. Reception, pool & restaurant were lovely.
