"This property had some poor reviews in the past, but our experience was excellent. The room was modern, well appointed, and spotless. The restaurant was excellent - we ate several meals there. The property is large and located outside of town. It is quiet and peaceful - we could even see the stars at night. Although we didn't need it, our room had an air conditioner (and also a heater, I assume). Although large, the property is well lit, and we felt completely safe at night. All of the staff were extremely helpful, and always available. The property sits in the foothills of the mountains east of Rome and, when the air was dry and clear, we had a magnificant view of the mountains. An in-room coffee-maker would be a nice addition."
