"Perfectly situated right by the Yacht Club and Marina, and a ten minute walk to Nelson’s Dockyard. Very spacious rooms with great sized balcony. Some have a small kitchenette with coffee machine (with coffee), fridge, kettle etc supplied. Excellent air conditioning and lovely sized bathroom. "
"Just got back from 2 weeks at hawksbill and let me tell you it was so chill! Exactly what I was looking for, if you need great beaches, friendly people, delicious food and a place to unplug this is where you want to be! The wifi works great, the rooms are clean and the ocean calls you everyday! But there’s no animation team, no beach volleyball and no constant beach venders. Most people there are 50 plus so if you need constant stimulation go to Vegas ! Just be warned there are lots of stairs and hills, just sayin had a great time and would definitely recommend and return! Thanks had a great time!"
"Left the resort on 4/19. My wife and I traveled here to celebrate our 23rd Anniversary! All I can say is “Don’t Stay Here” Hear me Don’t stay here! The only thing this resort has that is keeping them open is the beach. It is beautiful but you have to really look for a decent beach chair. Most of the chairs should have been replaced years ago.
The pictures you see online are NOT what this resort looks like in 2026. All sites should request more up to date pictures.
The room is horrible! They are old, outdated and need immediate attention asap. The bed takes up all the space in the room. They don’t have refrigerator , they give you an ice bucket but there is no ice machine nor no bottle water. The shower is big enough for one person ONLY. When you step in you can barely turn around. They only provide one power outlet with the others being European fit.
The front desk staff has attitude. They are not friendly at all. You have to almost beg for towels. We asked for 2 extra face towels, they gave them but as soon as we left the room, housekeeping came in our room, got the two towels back. When I reported it to front desk, the girl didn’t even look up at me. All she said was I will speak with housekeeping. They are very understaffed and nonchalant of their guests.
Food was Okay!! Nothing to brag about. OMG the Pizza Shack. Tell me why you have to make reservations at 7am in order to eat here. We spent most of our time away from the resort just to make the best of or trip. "
"We had the most magical time here! It’s very secluded and personal so renting a car was a great idea for us to explore the island but come back to our retreat! Everyone is so kind and the property is absolutely stunning. The food was amazing and the bar was amazing! 100/10 recommend this place to any couple looking for a retreat. I would recommend bringing bug spray you are in the forest but they do spray for bugs often but keeping them completely gone is impossible so having bug spray was very helpful for us."
"Location was amazing. So close to wonderful calm swimming Waters. Wonderful for families. Pool was so clean and wonderful gardens were great. Plus we felt so safe. Many thanks to the locals for sharing their wonderful Island and Vibe with us"
COCOS Hotel - Adults Only - Caters to Couples - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"This property is beautiful! The ocean area is aqua waters and soft sandy beaches! There was plenty of cushioned chaise lounges with umbrellas. The pool area did offer beautiful cabanas that were very comfortable, unfortunately it’s situated near an area of wetland so lots of mosquitoes near the pool. The rooms are beautiful and we loved lounging in the privacy of our deck. The deck offered areas of sun and shade and a very comfortable hammock. Outdoor showers offered beautiful views. The plumbing just took a little while to get used to. Our room was attended to every day and faithfully restocked daily. Every meal we had was delicious, and if you get the chance to order the jerk pork chop special you will not be disappointed. Always save room for dessert!!! Drinks at the poolside bars were always amazing! Especially made by Kerry Ann and Francine! Francine is super fun and attended us while we sat on the beach. The Sunset grill always makes a delicious jerk chicken wing!
We enjoyed the nightly entertainment especially Dave and Friends band. Mario helped create a fun atmosphere!
We will definitely be back!
Thank you for taking great care of us!"
