"The hot water wasn't working and when we called reception they repeatedly didn't answer. Reception was very slow. There was no microwave in the room although mentioned in the information page. Clean room, clean property and nice gardens. Some noises at night."

"The room and facilities were good though the bathroom has a window grill open to outside so was freezing cold at night, to cold to stay in for a shower etc. We ate at the restaurant, the steak was amazing, perfectly cooked but and they didn't deliver to the table any of the sides we had ordered so we had steaks, no potatos, no veggies, and some how we were charged $29 for what we are pretty sure was a $17 glass of wine. "It is a nice lovely old hotel. However needs to be renovated and I don’t think it’s worth the costs. Some staff were not friendly or helpful. The road noise was terrible and the noise from the train tracks that are right near the hotel were also an issue."

"We absolutely loved the location of this apartment. We could see the Three Sisters from our window. The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The only negative comment we do have is that the walls are very thin and the next door neighbours had the tv on very, very loud."
