The stays is more or less proportional to the cost however, the Internet did not work and after a handful of visits to the office and being deflected with incorrect answers, we had to use our own mobiles to create hotspots to do some work we needed to complete.

Check in was very late, room not prepared on time. The rooms are dated, the facilities within the room are limited such as basic complimentary coffee or tea supplements. Two single beds pushed together to make a king with an uncomfortable seam in the middle. The bed was uncomfortable, I now have a sore back this morning. The hotel rate was far too expensive for what you get, Resort it is not. Sorry but I couldn't give this hotel a thumbs up!

Such a great place to stay in Leura when you need to bring your pet. Our little love really enjoyed having a little backyard to run around in. Place was simple but exactly what we needed and the shower was FAB. The grounds around the hotel were gorgeous as well.

Property was very understaffed. It took two attempts to check in, both times long waits. The fill in staff tried their best to accommodate all requests. Would feel safer if there was night staff on duty considering the hotel has many open spaces with easy access to the property. The breakfast staff did a marvellous job, very welcoming, helpful, polite, with all the shortcomings at the time of our stay.

An older building but recently rennovated. We stayed there for one night over the King's birthday weekend and the resort was fully booked, yet the two staff on Reception handled the registration for us, and others, in a helpful and friendly manner.The continental breakfast was adequate and again the staff handled the service quickly and efficiently. Yes, we would stay there again.

We arrıved 2pm check in they saıd room not ready I saıd how long ıts goıng to take?she saıd no I dea.She took my mobıle whıch is they had allready they said when is ready we call you we went leura aroun shops no hear 4pm I was very tired driving 2 hrs wake up earl Saturday and went back to hotel they said not yet wait 4:35 around we check in that was terrible!even I said when we arrive first I need to see manager they said he cant come they dont know where he is his doing the rooms etc….terrible manangment.

We were unable to check in until 6pm as they said they didn’t have enough cleaners to get through the rooms on time. We missed a dinner reservation as we were unable to shower and change after a day of bush walking. Our room still had dirty towels hanging behind the door. Breakfast was included but there were no staff allocating tables so it was chaos, we waited 20 mins without any sign of a table becoming vacant so we had to leave and go somewhere else. Pretty location but not very organised unfortunately
