"The room was perfect, and the views were spectacular. The staff could not have been nicer and more accommodating. There happened to be a rail strike during our stay which affected our transportation to our next destination, and without even asking, they offered several options which saved us hours of searching on our own for a “workaround.” I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit Bellagio and I hope to return in the future!"
"This hotel is well located about 10 minutes from the train station and near to the funicular for the citta alta.
The staff were super friendly and helpful.
The room itself was very clean and comfortable with good air conditioning which was an absolute requirement given the heat outside.
The buffet breakfast is amazing with so much choice.
We had a meal in their roof garden restaurant. Expect to pay more than outside the hotel but the food was amazing and the staff very kind and attentive.
We highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Bergamo."

"The hotel is in a fantastic spot — right on the lake and just steps from Como’s Cathedral and historic center. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a room with a beautiful lake view, which made the experience even more special.
Parking is off-site at a nearby sister hotel, just a short walk away. It’s a bit inconvenient but manageable. The room was clean and comfortable, though starting to feel a bit dated and could use some renovation.
Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety — definitely a plus."
