Room was clean, but mini-fridge (room 305) was rather loud, and disturbed sleep. Staff was cordial and efficient.

The Neighborhood Hotel - Grand Beach
Room is very well decorated with amazing amenities. Lobby is so well done for relaxing and hanging out. Basement is also decorated well with great amenities
